East Meets West
Once again, THOMAS SABO continues the synergy between Art Déco design and Asian symbolism for Autumn/Winter 2008. Whereas Spring was dominated by pink and white, we now have a focus on black with a hint of red. What sparkles in such noble and sophisticated manner is reminiscent of the golden age of Chinese lacquer work. Where once it was the preserve of kings and emperors, it’s reinterpretation is now all the rage with fashionistas the world over: spectacular evening earrings, bracelets and glamorous necklaces are the new highlights of an evening on the town.
